Its onion mirror and clearnet domains are listed in a PGP-signed mirrors.txt on its own site, which is the right way to publish them and better than most competitors manage. The privacy policy says no personal data is required at any point, but the homepage warns that any asset entering the exchange may be reviewed if its compliance framework deems the transaction suspicious.
