A directory rather than an exchange: it queries instant swappers, atomic swap tools, P2P markets and OTC desks and ranks them by output, and it never touches the coins. It goes further than most on disclosure, with per-provider filters for Never-KYC, no-JavaScript, free AML check, no tainted-coin surcharge and a kycnot.me grade of 7 or higher. For a subset of listed exchanges it backs an OrangeFren Guarantee that refunds you out of the exchange's money if they break their own policy, and it explicitly excludes providers carrying its yellow KYC/source-of-funds warning from that guarantee. Its intercambio.app front end is the same service behind a Tor and no-JavaScript interface, not a separate operator.
