NoOnes
1.8/10 total
A Paxful-shaped P2P marketplace founded by Ray Youssef after he left Paxful, governed by Panamanian law and aimed at Africa and South Asia. Coins sit in a NoOnes-hosted wallet and are locked there when a trade opens; the terms claim NoOnes does not custody locked assets because they stay on the blockchain, but NoOnes holds the keys and NoOnes Support alone decides disputes, normally within seven days. Level 1 needs name and date of birth and caps you at $5,000 a day and $20,000 lifetime, and going past that requires government ID through Sumsub.
Scores
Weights are published in the method and applied identically to every entry.
For
- Very wide fiat and payment-method coverage in markets most swap services ignore
- Published fee schedule and published verification tiers with explicit dollar limits
- Buyer-side fee is only 0.1% on standard payment rails
- Trades under the $5,000 daily and $20,000 lifetime caps need no identity documents
Against
- Custodial: your coins live in a NoOnes wallet and NoOnes decides disputes unilaterally
- Name and date of birth at signup, and government ID via Sumsub past low caps, so it is not a no-KYC venue
- Withdrawal fees are punitive at small sizes, notably 9% on bitcoin sends of $50 to $99.99
- Founder Ray Youssef stepped down as CEO on 20 February 2026, weeks after the US DOJ indicted him over Paxful; NoOnes says the matters are personal and unrelated, but the operator lineage is the same
- Four years old, closed source, no onion service
Agent access 5/10
NoOnes publishes API docs and a partner programme, but keys are issued against a verified account, so an agent needs a KYC'd identity behind it before it can quote or trade.
Reported separately and not counted in the total. It measures what an autonomous agent can do unattended, not whether the service is safe to use.
Fees
1% seller, 0.1% buyer
Sellers pay 1% on most payment rails and 5% on gift cards; buyers pay 0.1%, or 2.2% on gift cards. The bigger cost is withdrawal: sending bitcoin out is a flat $4.50 under $50, 9% between $50 and $99.99, and $18 above $100, which makes small positions expensive to get off the platform.
