Wound down. For seven years this was the default answer to 'how do I buy monero without an exchange', with escrow held by the site and an arbitration bond system. The operators announced the wind-down on 7 May 2024 citing a combination of internal and external factors, disabled signups and new ads the same day, disabled new trades on 14 May 2024, and set 7 November 2024 as the date the site came down and unclaimed arbitration bonds would be treated as abandoned. The domain still resolves today and serves the same static wind-down notice, with no trading interface behind it.
