Closed. The Finnish P2P bitcoin marketplace announced termination of its trading service on 9 February 2023 and stopped trading on 17 February 2023, with LocalBitcoins Oy citing collapsed volumes rather than any enforcement action. The domain is still live and still owned by the operator, but it now serves only a closure notice and a withdrawal flow. Anyone with a residual balance must complete identity verification with a valid identity document before the remaining bitcoin can be withdrawn, so a guide that still lists this as a no-KYC venue is inverted: the only thing you can do there today is submit ID.
